I am working on a list of 100 things that I want to do in 2026…

I have about 60 – 70 things on the list that I want to do this year and I have already been able to mark a few off… I might get up the courage to share the list with you soon… but I might need to omit some names… Idk we will see…

But one of the things that I can and will share with you is the goal of reading at least 52 books this year… One for each week… I know that for some that seems like a lot and for others that seems like nothing but I think for me it’s a pretty good goal.

I hated reading in school… Actually I hated school but I hated reading out loud in school the most… not that I couldn’t do it but it always seems like I was dumb because I stumble over words because I hated reading out loud… I also hated that asshole teachers would have others grade your spelling tests like yes Mrs. Asshole it’s clear I don’t spell that great and having someone else grade my damn test isn’t going to get me to spell any better…

But I digress… Today I just want to tell you about the books I have read… give you a little review and maybe the stars I would give it…

Now… You don’t have to agree with me and some of you might even judge me for that books that I read or that books that are on my to read list but here is the deal… It’s 2026… and I can read whatever in the fuck that I want to just like you can judge me how ever in the fuck that you want to… If you don’t want to know about what I read then go to the next blog…

So in 2026 I think that I have only read 3… actually 4 because I finished one today!! But that is going in my March review… So you have to wait until next month… So I’m already 3 months into the year and have about 6 that I have to “catch up on” sometime this year…

My 2026 reads so far…

Book number 1… Satan’s Affair by H.D. Carlton (Kindle)
Ummmm wow is all I have to say… It for sure gives you a mind fuck… It is a good read but let me tell you if you are prude (and I mean that lovingly) or if you have past trauma you probably don’t want to read it… But none the less it is a good read…
I give it **** stars and honestly that might make me a bad person.
Just as a heads up… You want to read this before Haunting Adeline…

Book number 2… Haunting Adeline by H.D. Carlton (Kindle)
Ummmmm… This book made me question myself a few times and it’s definitely not a book that Jesus would want me to read… But I fell in love with the characters… To the point I sometimes thought that I might be fun to be in some of the situations… However then I completely questioned my sanity… All in all it was a good book! I loved the charters and the things that main guy did to help out that world… But if you have any trauma I don’t think you should read it and if you don’t want to at least question yourself a few times you probably shouldn’t read…
This book however gets a ***** from me…

Book number 3… Hunting Adeline by H.D. Carlton (Kindle)
This book… While I liked it I do not think that I liked it as a whole as much as I did the other two. This one touched more on things specifically that made me question what I was reading. While it did make sense in the story line… I had to make myself finish it because I was invested by some of it made me very uncomfortable. In the end I liked the book but how it ended made me laugh but kind of pissed me off.
I give it a ****….

I finished Where’s Molly by H.D. Carlton today but that’s going to go in the March read reviews…
